Did Norm like improv that whole story, after being quasi startled by Andy saying "swedish-german?" I don't know if that's a common joke, or a Norm joke, but it feels on the spot (as all should feel). But if that is all just Norm targeting that odd answer and spinning into that joke, he may be the greatest comedian of all time.
