    Pilot: "Oh shit."

  • did it only do 1 flyby?

  • Great - looks very cool..

  • All the Way from Texas Dyess to do that lol and then back

  • i saw this take off right in my face and on low high speed fly bys and it was awesome, i saw this at the 2011 internation austrlain airshow at avalon airport, geelong, austrlia

  • @Beno0h haha i was there :D

  • @backstabber97 how good was it::)

  • @Beno0h It was awesome!! :D

  • coolest jet ever!!

  • These guys had just left from Fairford where I was working. 25 minutes later they were back again. The following year they 'nipped' to Paris airshow and were gone a very short time. We didn't have them this year, but I here from good sources that they will be back for 2011 at Fairford as we probably won't have the Raptors.

  • wow it looks like a beatiful eagle stealth plane.

  • zoooom out!

  • you can tell its on the edge of the sound barrier it wants to brea through but its not allowed to

  • It came for 2 flypasses it had 2 go to other events not only the uk but europe 2.

  • no offence but i think the vulcan is the best looking then the b-1b u may think im a jerk but thats my opinion.

  • best lookin aircraft ever made

    next is the f-14 tomcat

    then xb-70 valkyrie

  • beautiful aircraft.

  • Go on...

Am I really the only one who saw this video who noticed the conical clouds off the aircraft? We all know what that means surely?

If you don't then it means VERY fast and that's why the camcorder didn't hear it until it had nearly gone past.

    Fabulous!

  • Doesn't look anywhere near supersonic/transsonic speed though. I'd guess it was just high moisture...

I saw the B-1 at Farnborough the following day and the quick pass wasn't anywhere near supersonic speed. For one I don't think ATC would allow it to pass at very high speed bearing in mind proximity to London commercial air traffic.

  • IT DID NOT GO SUPERSONIC. It is illegal to travel past supersonic speeds near any civilian emplacements. And the clouds DO NOT ALWAYS MEAN THEY BROKE THE SOUND BARRIER. The clouds simply form from changes in air pressure around the aircraft and the moisture is compressed. It can happen at ANY SPEED not just supersonic. And there are even cases where an aircraft will not form cloids after breaking the sound barrier. It just depends on the moisture in the air.

    Am I clear enough?

  • Calm down! I think it's quite obvious it isn't travelling fast enough, anyone with some sort of intelligence would have figured this out.. :)

  • Haha ya sorry ot sounded all forceful and waht not. Im just sick of stupid people thinking that every time a jet goes by really fast it breaks the sound barrier >=( it gets annoying lol

  • take it easy cambruda.

You sounded all Forceful *but i learn something that i didnt know with your

explanation. It was really good mate.

    Thanks for sharing that.

    : )

  • haha yeah sorry bout the forceful bit. But hey it got the point across right =P

I just get tired of everyones false information....but thats the internet for ya hahaha

  • Yeah hahahahaha

    Thanx bro!

  • @cambruda lol, it did go sonic boom u saw the cloud araound the plane!1 nah, to be serious, I'm glad someone finally explained all the R-tards out there about it, cuz most people seems to missunderstand that.

  • @kanetheheatsink haha thanks for the recognition
