I love how this can also be used to instantly master all skills on a weapon, all Artes that need upgrading, and Fatal Strike related titles. Also, it's awesome how it can be done on the first playthrough, rather than needing Increased Over Limit (like the lame Tidal Wave spam). Though, doing this on Normal makes Force Field unnecessary, provided Estelle and Raven are set up and equipped properly. Actually, forcing Estelle and Raven to play healer, and having them use Overlimit exclusively...

...allows you to unlock Estelle's healing related costume title. Not to mention, it can also be geared toward Blue Fatal Strikes for one of Judith's costumes/titles. Definitely a worthwhile endeavor.

@jupiterofthemonkey permanent invincibility its done by set the eternal support ability for Estelle then go in to overlimit and spamm Force Field and having eternal support will make them invincible for the whole fight but does not mean it will work on the first Force Field

@lewis128 He probably has the new one. Not one has been reported to red-ring, yet. Although it's been known on the older system that the GTA series seriously fries the graphcis cards.

Dude! I gotta try this! When I clear the game, I'll just do this instead of Rita's tidal wave. Just made to the last dungeon and only lv.43 so I'll need to level up some. Would doing this on hard mode bring down the grade by alot? I'll be sure to bring some blue dice!

no, quite the opposite in fact, I had the difficulty set to uknown which adds a x2 multiplier to grade I believe.

Wish I had that mode. Hard mode gives x1.5 grade. Blue Dice give 20% more grade, I have 3 of them. So it's 60% more grade. I'll try this when the time comes.

Does everyone need to be in range of the spell as it is casting or no?

well.. the spell has a small area of effect, so you need to make sure they are in the radius of the effect when it finishes.. it can be hard sometimes

Special : Eternal Support

Spell : Force Field

Keep casting it until it stays.. and then invincibility lasts the whole fight, and you can leave and let them go slaughter the boars that "Brutal" keeps summoning.

Equip 1 damage weapons, and set all of their AI to use level 1 overlimits and fatal strikes. And set them to attack weakest target only.

Then let the battle simmer for 3 days,

then serve.
