California's economy is becoming unsustainable for exactly this reason. We are causing productive taxpayers to leave while importing poverty from Latin America. It can't last. The middle class is shrinking and soon the "Haves" will be dwarfed by a giant group of uneducated and marginally skilled illegal alien families who need lots of govt. services.
