  • Great video! Thanks for the easy step by step instruction ~ I feel much more confident about trying it myself now! :)

  • Nice Video, thanks! I love the low stress approach to making family bread : )

  • I love cast iron. I use the skillet for cooking but would love to use it for the loafs I want to make. I wonder where you could get some of those.

  • spelt flour? What is different about that than all-purpose? Is it healthier? Can I get it at a regular grocery store?

  • Looks good. I can't wait to try it..... :)

  • nice loaf!

  • I enjoyed your recipe!!!!

  • Thank you for the video. We just purchased a Kitchenaid mixer and will be making our first loaves with it today. Will let you know how that goes.

  • wrapping it in a towel will also make it soft. i have serious loaf pan envy.

  • i just learned eating whole grains will slow down the rate that i aquire diabetes and heart disease. will it give me ten more years of life?nobody wants to say how

  • Everyone is so critical. I get the point and I am smart enough to figure out the rest. I am trying to decide what type of bread pans to buy.

  • that doesint sound like whole wheat

  • your video was good but i had to look at it twice really four times i did but other then that it was good. i just have one question for u and please write me back for this question can i add one egg to my mixture will it be ok.

  • Nice video. Try buttering the loaves after baking using the butter still in stick form. Just peel down the end and a little of the sides and use the paper around the stick to keep your hands clean.( Like we butter our corn on the cob here in the Midwest!) Thanks for the video. Like others, I'll check your website for the ingredient list as we love WW bread.

  • I checked her site. The ingredients not said is: 2 c. warm water, 1 cup oats, 1 T. coarse sea salt, 1/3 honey, 1/4 oil

  • I was disappointed that measurements for the honey, salt, oats were not given. Plus, the video starts out with 1/2 cup of water, but she never tells to add more, therefore 6 cups flour plus the oats etc are supposed to work with only 1/2 cups of water?? Does not make sense. Therefore I do not recommend this recipe.

  • great video! Thanks for sharing!
