  • come onn do it like Lou ferrigno with no rest between reps like in Pumping Iron lol

  • whats the point of a partial push press? i thought the whole point of a push press was to push past the start-mid point in order to go full range? atleast thats how i use it.

  • so you don't do a full lockout, but it helps improve your strength in the mid range motion, correct?

  • how much is that 275?

  • well done. and btw you kinda look like brooks

  • Thats the worst thing anyone's ever said to me ;)

  • @jamspastic screw brooks

  • @jamspastic lol

  • never done it, but seems legit. probably a good way to get up in weight when you start to hit a plateau, or just want to mix the routine up. From what I understand about partial exercises like this is it focusus on part of the full exercise (press) so you can go heavier on the weight. Looks like catching that on the way down is a b*tch.

  • i have done this before only i didnt use arms jus the leg drive

  • Well if you'd had read the video discription, you would have known i didn't put this video up to showcase how much weight i could lift, but to show an excersise that i have not seen performed on youtube before that could potentialy help people to get past a sticking point on the overhead press. ok arsehole?

  • just die mardarchord, it is people like you that make the world a worse place to live in.

  • eternalwanker go back to wanking off instead of talking shit about me. Im glad your dad gave u a name u deserve.

I was just having fun before. The guy in this video has got my full respect.Very good guy and i apologise for being an arsehole talking trash for a laugh before. I love that old skool gym set up too.

  • ...would you like to take a look at the book "beyond bodybuilding", it has a lot of strengh training material, it's a very good book...

  • Seems hard. Great job dude!

  • i am too reading brooks kubik book, its one of the best books that i have read, excellent book for any one that is interested in strength training, form looks good and you got the control, know doubt this is a conditioning exercise, hope this will make you stronger on your over head presses......good luck.

  • science and practice strength training zatsiorsky kraemy. Best strength book ever.

  • cheers thanks will look into that!!

  • @satori56

ever read about Dinosaur Training? :-)

  • @Scurpione Yes, it is a good motivational piece with very little science: It was a very enjoyable read.

  • @satori56

I also enjoyed very much reading it :-)

I'm also reading new books from Kubik, and I can't count all the things that I'm learning, and can't wait until I get to that level of form to try it! :-)
