Awwww! Poor itty bitty Nina! I once babysat a baby like that haha, except in her case it was oreos. I love kids. Definitely not ready to have one though (I'm 21!), so its nice to have cute kids like Nina to watch when a girl needs to get her cute kid fix haha.

@MolyBaz Thank you! I think the only thing we've really done is make Nina the focus of our lives. We pretty much spend ALL of our free time doing things together as a family. And, of course, Nina was just born Nina. We feel very lucky to have her.

@ashima2002 She was exactly a year old here. I'm surprised your son doesn't like banana. That may change. Nina's tastes have changed quite a bit. She ate a banana a day for a couple years, but doesn't really like bananas much anymore.

What does your son like to eat?

@geofg He likes spicy food..We are Asian Indians so add a little bit of spices  like cumin seed powder etc \to his food which he loves..He will be one next month..He likes lentils and rice..He does not like bland food..

Yeah, the "birth procedure" is pretty intense. You may feel ready to go through it at some point. My wife was 33 when Nina was born, so there is no rush.

Nina has the cutest voice and her Japanese is very fast. I'm a Thai who is living in Japan (I've been here for 2 years now) but i still can't speak Japanese as fast as her~

Hi! Thanks for commenting! I'm glad you like Nina's videos. Nina's Japanese is better than my Japanese, and I've been living here for 10 years! I couldn't really have a conversation in Japanese until I had lived here about 4 years! So, you can speak Japanese already after 2 years, and you speak English and Thai? That's great!

And, you're right, I can't believe you've never eaten a banana!

Thanks! My wife can speak English, but with Nina she speaks only Japanese. I try to use English with Nina as much as possible. I hope one day Nina can dance as well as you!

Wow, you play piano, too! You are multi-talented. As for language, yes, it's an advantage to start two languages from childhood, but it's not impossible to start another language when you're older. I have taught myself Japanese, so I'm sure you could learn Chinese if you wanted to.
