@wannaBaGM it is called gentel fist because their attacking the chakra points while the hard fist like what guy and lee usses attack the body itself.

gentle fist=causing dammage from the inside

hard fist= causes damage from outside

@CuteAkito lol i do that kind of fighting and it's very effective in a fight, it may not break wood but it can cause mental damage because instead of hitting chakra points you hit presure points and it's very effective if you do it right because a simple poke can cause you to lose almost all your breath if you get hit in the chest with it (it's more like jabs with a finger) and you can make your oponents joints fall asleep and they can't feel there arms or legs and it makes the person weaker.
