I don't think that's actually true- I personally met and spoke with at least a dozen of the employees. Everyone is Canadian, British, or from the USA.

We went to this English Village and couldn't find anyone who spoke English.

There's an irony there! LOL! I lived in Chuncheon South Korea 10 yrs ago. They didn't have this English village back then.
