As others have said, an animated wallpaper will be more taxing on your Apple iOS device in terms of battery use. However, I must say that animated wallpapers are quite awesome and make standard wallpapers quite antiquated to look at. Hopefully, Apple will get something going to have this feature as a basic thing to use daily in their iOS. I figure they alone will know how to make an animated wallpaper take up the least amount of battery life.

You have a new Generation huh?? I think they have a new bootrom so you phone has a teathered jailbreak.. Which means everytime you turn off your phone it will need to be conected to itunes

whenever that comes up before you do anything, "make it ra1n" again. yes, open up blackra1n on your computer when the recovery mode (the plug + the itunes logo) comes up, then that creppy looking guy will come up and your ipod turns on. that's one flaw with having a 3.+ firmware. you're welcome.
