I do not understand why you call this as false propaganda? Most of the posters urge the citizens to be hardworking and do what is right for their country. The posters talk about the achievements of USSR (like the Yuri Gagarin poster) and those achievements are not false. Some glorify the soviet leaders (that is ubiquitous; in every nation, the leader is glorified).

My opinion is that - this is not false propaganda. This is a way to keep the citizens motivated, and to remind them of their goal.
