We have the same editor...we dont use it but we have it....the effects couldnt have just "broke" you must have accidently re set something in the program...
Have you try deleting and re installing the program?
They do have real ppl on that site 3 days after Angel bought hers they came out with a new version...she got them to give her the new version for not very much more...but she also bought the warrenty so she could re install it as often as she needs...they a really pathetic company...every other editor we own you can delete and re install as often as you need. you just stick the code back in

Dis she go into the newblufx program folders and open it there? Thats what we had to do in order for it to find its way to SV
