I tried chiropracty, massage, epidurals, exercise, etc. If you have low back pain, mid-back pain, or whatever it may be, there is a really great read called "Healing Back Pain" by Dr. John Sarno. It conveys the most Responsible Content on the matter that I have ever come across and is NOT "about" anatomy in general. You can google his name - don't have to buy the book. P.S. I've had 2 discectomies in the past - didn't know better, and.....yeah, it's a really worthwhile read.

You must have a high threshold for it cause it never showed on your happy videos. I hope it works out to your advantage. Take your supplements like Glucosomine with Chondroitin and Calcium with vitamin D(the kind that metabolizes easily)...it helped me a lot after my knee injury.

Wow Kevin, good luck man. My brother in law had disc replacement surgery a few years ago and was able to avoid fusion, never looked back, and today works in his commercial electrical business without any back issues. I feel your pain man, having suffered sciatic troubles in the past.

Next, make sure you have all your computer stuff in a place where you won't have to walk to upload. This is the perfect time for you to start doing vlogs again. And be sure to do them while you're on drugs. Should be hilarious.
Oh Nalts!. I wish you well as you undergo the procedure in January. I posted some videos about getting needles inserted into my spine, but mine werent kept in there! As far as I can tell, nothing could keep you down though. So, make sure you follow your doctors orders, heal up, and keep at it! My thoughts are with you Kevin. Happy New Year!
You are so twisted!! (in a very funny way) You carry bloodcapsules in your pocket in case your wife should ask you to move some cupboards upstairs the week before your spinal surgery... Only nalts can think that way. By the way Kevin. Take it easy on the recovery after the surgery. I had an acquaintance who had the same type of surgery who didn't and he had to get back to hospital. His recovery took twice the normal time and he almost was paralized. So take extra care.
I can't believe you are not in extreme pain unable to even walk properly. I ruptured a disk and fractured some bone and I can barely walk with a walker. The pain is horrible.
oh, and btw...good luck buddy. I have a feeling we're either not gonna hear from you for a really long time or we are gonna pray for a speedy recovery to get you back into the swing of things. =)
