@2000coma she's deliberately singing this song badly; Madonna has always said she regrets this song because she was trying to be ironic (as the video clip shows), but people literally took it as her promoting materialism and money. so she's kind of parodying that perception, and trying to show that "material girls" are bimbos. personally I think in context it WAS a funny thing to do, but yeah, she's not trying to sing properly at all - she's doing the complete opposite on purpose.
