  • LISTEN TO THE BITCH AT THE END I GOT HOES LIKE SHE ENJYOING BEING A WHORE

  • cool technology but for me this style of djing looks soooo boring.just giv me the 1200s with serato...yall can have this shyt..lol

  • catch up or get left behind??? i'll catch up on the new things that actually catch my eye and that i think can actually be used to advance or enhance or SIMPLIFY my dj'ing skills.this is purely for show.reminds me of those old gemini samplers with the 6 banks and the big button.dudes always tapping on the button with the dam samples.annoying after awhile.not impressed.if u can control the waveforms and actually MIX the mp3's wirelessly, then yea i'd be impressed.but that would still be for show.

  • wireless like .. you know wireless baby .. LOL

  • so sick & tired of DJ's talkin bout vinyl this & vinyl that. as a dj u still have to play the right music for the right crowd at the right time & keep them entertained. u can scratch as good on dj controllers as vinyl its fuckin 2011 things upgrade & get better over time. so get over it, u dont still carry round a brick cell phone from the 80s do u? if a kid's born today they want to become a dj do u think they will start out on vinyl 15 years from now? hell no! catch up or get left behind!

  • Whats the name of the song at 0:49

  • @eeeengin

    Ludacris - Area Codes

  • everybody complaining about a computer being used, you best learn what the computer is being used for. It is the SOURCE of the music, you have time code cds or vinyls that you still have to beat match by ear.

it still takes skill to beat match, the same as it did 22 years ago when I first stepped up to my first set of 12s

  • thas sick

  • the works sick with Abelton...

  • whats the name of the app so i can dl it

  • yEA GUYZ, RELAX THE BOOTY YALL!! I LIKE IT!!

  • SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER THIS: can you sync the samples (match the bpm)

  • Bullshit !!!

  • What an iPhone Dbag.

  • @bandfan1234 <- doesn't have/can't afford an iPhone.

  • @mossy726 <- Is a retard only because I said so.

  • Im waiting for something cool......

  • Apple Computer Inc.: Taking the art out of music since the early 21st century.

  • @nakabar yet all music you listen to has been mixed and mastered in apple computers

  • @airalli Only a fucking mongoloid would make such an assumption about someone they don't even know. Digital Audio Workstations didn't even exist when most of the music I listen to was produced. Is all that volcanic smog getting to your brains over there in Iceland?

  • @nakabar Apple Computers Taking the are out of Music?? lol how many times do I have to tell people? It's not the hardware or Apple as a company that affects the music industry. It's Computers and Technology that bring out the creativity in music. Apple is only a company and Computers are only a tool. Its the operator that controls what it does. PC's & Mac's alike do pretty much the exact same thing so your statement is pretty much false. The Evolution of music is here.

  • this sucks.

  • put your iphone back in your pocket before i chuck my beer at you

  • @rawry9940

Yep,my favorite feature for the new iPhone must be nicer screen and the noise cancelling

Alot of people Reading this comment don't have the money to purchase Apples latest iPhone, since it will be almost 500 bucks

Lucky for you I learned on Apples twitter earlier they are giving away a few thousand iPhone 4gs. Oh and, this will take you to Apples contest site copy + paste

    voomr。com/iphone4gfree231

Also, the sign up pass code they ask for at the end is FACEBOOK8949

  • Been djn for 11 years now and it is sad cuz now a days if u have a laptop you are a dj. Fuck that lets see if they can beat match with using cds or records i doubt they can

  • @djmacdammit And I also doubt you could keep up in the club scene

  • @jonnyl94 lol are you serious ?? dawg i will school you im not sayin im not on serato cuz i am what im trying to say is how people all of a sudden are djs cuz they have a laptop check out my myspace and the events i have done not to brag but yeah!!!!

  • @djmacdammit Yeah I get ya, but what I'm saying is some people have been calling themselves DJ's for years, even if they've never touched a record or laid down a beat. The same principle remains, whether they have a laptop or not, it doesn't matter shit if you can't keep the crowd entertained off your own back. Those who can will shine well in front of others... and if they do it using a computer or vinyl - so be it. It's new times man

  • @djmacdammit dj macdammit ladies and gentlemen

  • This is dope! It not about "selling out", its about "buying in". Embrace technology people! Yes I am a certified vinyl DJ.

  • Fully customizable midi controller with nothing to break that fits in your pocket is a beautiful thing....

  • That's pretty depressing. Fortunately the only kind of douchebag who would actually use that app is the kind of douchebag (as proven in this video) who plays commercial hip hop from a laptop and thinks they're a DJ

  • @bagshot100 I see this app as something that can be used to partially control simple "on/off" commands in my software DAW environment when recording and editing music - yes it can also be used with DJ applications but keep in mind it's a wireless software midi controller, not just a DJ controller :-) Reading the blog post that's linked in the description I don't think he was trying to be taken seriously as a pro DJ doing this

  • хДД у него на майке надпись :100% мужик хДД

  • Music sucks dudes!! Sounds like some wanna be Rapper with a 3rd grade education who can't put more than 2 coherent words together.....Ludacris he ain't...lol!!

  • is this app in the itunes store?

  • i take it u need a mac for this

  • @thatoldgeezer... why do you 'take it u need a mac for this'?

its an iphone, so you need an ipone for this.

  • equal parts gay and cool we are getting way too detached from the gear...

  • @0n3m4n4rm33 well if you wanna pay about 3,000 for good gear then do it.

  • I've spent more than that. And not to brag, I just feel like I don't want to see some kid with DJ Hero calling himself a DJ. You can be a DJ with a bootleg of Virtual DJ, so its not the gear, its about moving the crowd. I just fall somewhere between purist and tomorrows DJ. I don't like to see the craft trivialized. However, in the right hands, the little bit of kit in this video could be a wonderful tool. Which brings me back to my original statement : equal parts gay and cool...

  • @0n3m4n4rm33 well i can agree with you about the kid calling himself a dj when he's not. but this thing is just for fun at home. not to dj for real at a club.

  • dude u contradicted urself so in your comment...... let me tell you something i know 5 DJ's that have spent about 6 grand on mixers and CDJ's alone and i mix better than all of them put together with a keyboard and a mouse.... i agree with you its about " moving the crowed" and i can do it pretty well with just a midi controller not only is it portable but i get all my tracks at my fingertips and it take me 5 mins to set up..... so look to the future dude..... dnt be so biased

  • u can buy a virtual car .its cheap & cool

  • @eksman187 yea its called gta

  • He rocked!

  • That's pretty cool!

  • cool =)

  • hey i got the app but i cant use it to trigger the cue points as midi can anyone help? thanx.

  • wireless is always a plus, makes setting up easier, serato djs most likely had a nanopad to control midi better, but you need to connect it via USB now as opposed to using wireless you have another free USB port for something else..

  • Man, this shit is gonna make me travel over sis's to expand my horizon's. Real talk

  • LOL - love that guy Tshirt - its written 100% Men in russian :D

  • That it does.

  • TECHNOLOGIC.

  • It doesn't take away from the art or It doesn't mean he's not a real DJ. He's just doing what every DJ wants to do. Do something different and new. Any REAL DJ knows that as a DJ you need to constantly evolve. Learning new and old tricks, combining the two, exploring new genres of music, etc. These are what makes a DJ. They said that when the CD DJ came about it took away from being a DJ because vinyl was the only way to DJ. Now DJ's use Serato that has the ability to use both or neither

  • now this is something i'd use at a smal house party when people ask me to do a gig at an affordable rate. fuck bringin the equipment if they ask for the magic word: "free"

  • It's purely a demo to show how far technology has come.

To those of you that think this is "killing the art," you need to open your eyes and keep up with the changes before you get left behind.

  • He's just having fun guys. Lighten up a little. He's still behind the tables but he just wanted to show off his skills of using the iPhone to control the Cue points.

  • whys everyone gettin' so serious. it's just a bit of fun. you dont think any DJ would do a whole set like that. just fun to experiment.

  • Just let me hit Ho's! HAHAHAHAH

  • first of all this app is not even made by apple

its ITM Matrix they do loads of music type apps check out itouchmidi they are sweet

  • cool to do at home maybe but good to have at the club only if ur mixer takes a dump lol nice App.

  • thats bs

  • thats some sik shit, you can dj and dance at the same time, haha

  • Whats the app???

  • nice shite ^^

  • I like the innovation of controllerism, but the iPhone and the Touch are pretty gimmicky. The Apple stuff has it's niche uses and is still innovation of a certain type, but I don't think music is really their playing field. But I suppose it's all on the great continuum of techie inventions that may or may not be useful ultimately.

  • not there "playing field".... remember your talking about the company that has 90% market share in portable music players! Dont forget Apple make arguably they best audio editing/composing program in the world.

Yer this is a gimmock, but it could be handy if you need to piss mid set ;)

  • "it could be handy if you need to piss"

exactly why i have it set up like this!

  • it is really gimmicky.... its a cell phone and im tapping out "ho's from different area codes" ;)

  • seems REALLY gimmicky

  • Insane!

  • COOL!!!!!

  • i got the same program and controlling ableton live!!! sweet! although i got the free version
