@ckaybiker i know this is an old comment from you, but they were actually sued over 2 years ago by Fender for using the names Offender and Defender on their strats and teles. the names, not the design, have since been changed. As for suggesting that Australians are mostly of descended from convicts; 60% of immigration occurred between WWI and the present day..

The Neck is Queensland Maple and the body of the guitar can be either bunya or Maple or the body can be Bunya top Maple back and sides depends on the sound your looking for

The sound of the guitar comes out like sparkles of champaigne. It is punchy and transparent. Long sustain of tone and reverberation of a wood gives you a feeling that you hold something live life mater instead an death object. The only thing that is a bit disturbing are sharp edges of body

Seems the convict ancestry is alive and well in Oz.
Fender should sue Cole Clark for ripping off their Strat and Telecaster designs.
