  • As any driver CDL driver, cop or Judge knows over 80% of the accidents involving Big Trucks are the 4-wheelers fault. As to who the fault gets pinned on its the other way around. Towns, cities, counties, and states make too much money off of Big Trucks to pin it on the 4-wheeler.

  • Unless you see the facts in the accident report, every comment about what happened is just baseless conjecture. The trailer is Swift; however, the tractor is either a leaser or an O/O. I work for Swift, and the color and make usually belongs to a leaser.

  • It could be that the Swift driver was a witness to the accident. That's why there is aren't any troopers around the Swift truck.

  • The rear axle of the Swift trailer was damaged. They wouldn't pull an 18 wheeler over on the left shoulder just for being a witness. The driver had his papers in hand walking back to the troopers who were speaking with the car drivers.

  • Not protecting swift but that was a swift trailer not a swift truck.

  • yes it is... a lease driver or o/o

  • that was an O/O swift truck

  • he must have gone through swift@s truck driver academy! it doesnt suprise me.

  • and this dumb ass driver was a o/o
