  • Back in the early 90's as a teenager, my friend found a cassette tape called Electric Breakdance in his older sisters room. We rocked it and this shit was on it ... if only music today was this good.

  • This brings back memories good ones at that. Great dance song in the day.

  • HEY GTGSOLOO, Why so harsh? My head isn't abnormally shaped or large and there is no conspiracy. Besides, you have known this head forever so hush! You know I can be trusted.

I am glad that people likes the song! I had no idea it was so popular overseas. I am sorry I never got to perform it there. But Profile dropped us like hot potatoes when RUN DMC started to blow up. Ahhhh... the memories... But there was NO VIDEO.. at least not by the original artists!

  • Oh dont get me wrong tho. The black girl's head wasnt really that big. It was just shaped like an upside down wrecking ball. She was sexy and could really sing. I loved her regardless of her head tho! Many women are in entertianment these days with odd shaped heads. They are fastly multiplying. She paved the way for singers like Rihanna if you ask me. I just dont trust any of them . Do you??

  • The women with different shaped heads like the black girl in Double vision are up to something. I believe she is in a secret society. Shady ..real shady . BEWARE

  • Man, what a song. While in college and a DJ, I must have mixed it a million times. Didn't get that much airplay but was really popular in house parties. Anybody know what ever became of the group? Did they have an album or was this a one time only hit?

  • Unfortunately, It was 1 time only. I did, however do two more singles by myself on other labels. The first one was S.A.V.E.I.T. on Metropolis records in 1986 and the next was Special Love on RCA about a year after that. I don't know what happened to the other girl. We fell out of touch after we stopped performing together.

  • Girl, am I trilled to hear from the real McCoy. Goodtagosoloo gave me some background info but it sure is better hearing from you. Since the song was released I'd tried to get any info about the artist but came up with zilch. Well, we got the internet now:-). Was S.A.V.E.I.T. and Speacial Love released by Double Vision and how can one get a hold of it? I hope you still listen to "Clock on the Wall". I can't seem to get over it no matter how many times I pay it - on the original 12" single.

  • S.A.V.E.I.T. was done under Jeanine Carter, a misspelling of my name, and Special love was done under the name Neanna on Tuff City records, a division of RCA. I don't have any idea on how to get any of the recordings now but if you find out, please let me know. I also did background for a white female rapper, Shell E on the song Playhouse on a compilation album called Body Jams on RCA. Shell E is a BAAD rapper who never got a break because the industry wasn't ready for a white female rapper.

  • If the phrase from 22 -- 30 was done by a synthesized pan then hey that instrument originated from the country I am from.

  • To describe this jam you must use lyrics of the 80's i.e. simply groovy!! Just listen to that hypnotic baseline.

  • i love this jam i used to have that record is it on a cd now? when i was a dj at a club in new jersey i threw it down and the crowd loved it wish i had it for my radio show big john wjrh 104.9 fm easton pa

  • This is a great old school posting. I remember they were 2 girls that could sing. One was black and the other was white. I loved that big headed black girl's voice!!!!

  • Man, where did you get to see the video?

  • Diz song used to rock da houze

  • Cara, isso me lebra os bons tempos do funk e claro, quanto eu eu adolescente!

  • What a coincidence! This video was just posted today, exactly when I thought of looking it up. If anybody has the original, please post it!

  • Adoro este som! Curti muito na minha adolescencia. Pena que nao tem o video original! =/ Mas ja valeu a pena!

  • very good!! thanks deandreams
