Great song, Alison Goldfrapp is gorgeous and has a superb voice. Wnoever shot this live coverage and edited it should be shot in the face though. Why change angles every half a second and blur in and out continuously. Its not cool its wanky and ruins what otherwise is brilliant

I dunno about the instruments, but Alison's vocals definitely seem to be live. The most obvious clue is that the last line is different. In the studio version she sings "I hoped you'd call I hoped you'd see me"

What are you on about mingoesk?! She sounds perfect as always. I heard her singing live a US radio session (Morning Becomes Eclectic) where she apologises for having a "really bad cold" and even then she still sounded great. I hope you set the same high standards for yourself as you do for others!
