She's classically trained as a pianist. So, no she's not faking.  She can actually sing as well and was working as a songwriter before she caught her break as a singer. I'm not really into her style of music but I respect that she actually does it herself and has talent in an industry that seems to be filled with over produced musicians. E.g. Miley Cyrus.

Of course they are not moving, is because she is playing the sharps and flats ( black Keys ) so you wont see them moving, and she is actually playing. If you look closely from the beginning you can see the white keys pressing. I didn't know she could play the piano but to my surprise she is actually good.
