Yes only Horowitz used it as his primary finisher on the indy scene, in the early 90s, long before Sting started to use the move.

There is a very good match on You Tube showing Barry as the UWF light-heavyweight champion destroying a jobber named Todd Overbow. Great match, Barry falters a couple of times, but basically owns this guy throughout, and puts him away with a beautifully executed pin. Barry is the man!

Horowitz was one of the most underrated wrestlers in history. He should never have been a jobber. Tommy Angel was also a pretty good worker.
