Great video! Next time though, I would recommend treating your clothing and pack with permethrin, it will part the Red Sea of Black flies while hiking down the trail.

Killarney and Heavens Gate are very alike...up and down, up and down over the granite. This trail is not known by many at all, I only found out about it last year. You'll have a tough time finding info on it other than on my website but if you are going to hike it, drop me an email and I'll give you the info I have.

We always have fun regardless of how the trip goes. I love the stories that come out of these great trips. As for the bugs, it got real bad. I thought they were going to pick me up and carry me away!
