  • Great video. I'm going to use it as a tutorial so I can learn it.

  • I've tried having a go at this bit I keep falling on my hands and really hurting them - any tips?

I thought it would be easy but then I had a go and all my friends at school stay I'm a hood gymnast and I'm seriously bendy

  • girl you are super bendy and that is awesome! -but you have to watch your low back. Exploiting your spine like that will eventually get cause injury. try reaching your tailbone toward your heels to engage your belly and move the back bend out of your lumbar and into your thoracic spine. Drop your heart and lifting your chest forward

  • @thehotandhealthy Thanks for your feedback! I really don't have any idea what good technique is.. I'll try and focus on bending more in my upper back and less in my lower back!

  • congrats!

  • Wow! Ur awesome !

  • Excellent! How long have you been able to do a forearm stand? What else can you do?

  • @nasaguy Thank you! About a year :). I'm an ex-gymnast, so I can tumble and do handstands. I did acrobatic gymnastics for a couple years (I have a couple videos on my channel of me doing that), but recently I've just been casually streching - and that's when I discovered I can do this! :)
