    lol u serious? its a rocket powered by pressurized by water and when release all hell breaks lose(the pressure) causing the water to blast and lifting a rocket lol

    Exactly! That's how they work! It's a lot more affordable and safer than pyrotechnic rockets. More places will allow you to launch one of these because they do not cause fires in dry weather.

    We follow the rules set by the Water Rocket Achievment World Record Association (WRA2 for short) that specifiy that the rocket must maintain a safe descent rate on a parachute. If it landed on you you might get a bruise or something, but it would not be that harmful.
