The "red bleach" she's referring to is probably Wella Magma Lightener (/57 or /46) is an example of a bleach with a built-in color...and no, you cannot buy it at Sally Beauty---you must have a cosmetology license to purchase Wella Professional products. There is a reason why we hairdressers go to school to learn color. :)

Hey love ur hair mines red too .. I.went to school for hair n we used redken .. all their shampoos n conditioners are color safe . The color extend might make it last a lil longer but tha all soft is gonna do tha same . Love it tha shit smells good as Hell . Lol
