I won this on 1st try.Must of been luck, or this fight with Laila was hell easy. Im Lv70 and first job to 75 in total i did 4 dancing edges on her, with no SC, No buildingF. she didnt use not one single Dancing edge on me,she shark+wasp ws.. Took me 4 Mins to beat her.

I'm 0/5 on this chick. I'm about to do a new strategy and I wanted to know if you can skillchain on her. wild flourish > Dancing Edge

You can, but bear in mind that Wild Flourish has a 30 second cool down and shares the same category as Reverse Flourish where as Building Flourish is only 10 seconds. Imo Building Flourish is the best way to go because you modify your damage without locking yourself out of Reverse flourish for too long

Wow never seen this comment. Anyway Building flourish works like this (I could be wrong) it uses 1-3 Finishing moves, and depending on the number used it will increase your accuracy attack and Crit%. I believe if 1 is used only acc is enhanced, of 2 acc/attack and if all 3 are used acc/attack/crit% I might be wrong

Unless they ninja nerfed it, its pretty hard. rather it can be, it has alot to do with luck. Because even if you spam WS yuo need to be able to deal enough damage to make up for her spamming her curing waltz. Shes unreasonably evasive so you need ALOT of accuracy and she almost never misses you all the same. she also has Regain, so she will out TP you no matter what you do lol. Sooo yeah. anyway good luck

Your the first person I've ever heard say this was difficult in any way. O.o' Which is ironic since lots of ppl try to argue that Mithras are the best DNCs lol. My advice to you is to get an O-hat, it helps, a lot. Nice job taking that arrogant bitch down though. ^.^b

I have an ohat. But believe me, against her it isnt' going to help. Mithra are only said to be bad dancers due to low CHR which is just lol. As we have the most DEX and AGI. I've heard ALOT of people say this is hard. Not just me. They might have ninja tweaked it after I did this I don't know but everyone prior to when I made this I spoke to said it was hard as hell. SO I dunno

why didnt you just sleep potion up to 300TP and use curing waltz instead of high potion?

what I meant was you need to get her to 25% hp or less in 10 minutes or you lose, so wasting your TP on cures would only prolong the fight. Sadly I've not been able to see this fight won any othe rway

It was /nin but in these kinds of battles your sub job is disabled. so my Man/sub would have read DNC75/NIN0.

its easy really, just go to Config. > Misc. then Damage Display, choose both =)

ya mostly because mithra are predominantly female, btu ya my character is female in game and yup I like Serenia myself =)

more or less, shes teh same job as I am in this fight. and she gets some perks too. Like Auto-Regain which brings her TP up slowly over time (meaning she can infinite heal if she wants to)

Something like that lol, I'm a level 75 WHM, and a level 75 Dancer, I also have a level 75 samurai, but I seldom use that job anymore. Through recent events and personal failures on White Mage, I've basically shifted focus to Dancer. I still and always will love my white mage though. Its what I started as. I'm a healer :)
