No disrespect to Froch--he's a great champion (or, ex-champion, now)--one tough, tough warrior. But, I think that Froch knew that his only real hope at winning the fight was psyching out Team Ward with the trash talk. Apparently, that didn't work to his advantage. Of course, I'm purely speculating. But, it doesn't seem to be too much of a stretch, as we well know, many a fight has been won outside the ring.

He was Andre Ward's play thing once they finally got in the ring. All that bravado came to nothing. Too many fighters think they are Ali. No Froch, you are not Ali. And you are not in Ward's class.

Even with a broken hand for half of the fight, Andre still prevailed. He won this hands down, and Froch even admitted he couldn't get anything going. He won at most 2 rounds. Andre's inside gameplan was perfect. Nice work Andre. Good fight as well Froch. Can't take anything away from either of these guys.

Credit to Froch, he tried his best and has fought the best, ultimately Ward is just a level above any SMW. I had it 117-110 Ward. Andre is a very very good fighter, i would like to see him take more risks though and stop holding as much, but thats just the way he fights.
