@haiger69 "Cursed You" was the first person to get 99 Construction, and at his party there was a glitch were if you were fighting in the dungeon, something happened so when you left "Cursed You"s house, you could still fight people. Cursed You was banned even though he didn't do anything wrong, but you've probably heard of "Durial321". He killed tons of people and pretty much abused the glitch to a large extent. I'm pretty sure there are videos up on Youtube. Obviously he was banned.

This is what caused the glitch.

Cursed You made a battle ring in the Dungeon, in both you can attack people. So it was like a double attack mode sort of thing. There were so many people that when he kicked everyone out, people lagged and got the attack option.

The lag glitch still can be done today, but it is only and attack option, not the ability to attack. Because Jagex added some code that checks where you are and makes sure this doesn't happen again.
