Vista Open SD Card

Help plz when i click Computer it only says "Local Disk" , "Dvd RW (D:) and lastly "Removable Disk (E:)" Please help me where can i find Pocket_PC?

i know how to do it but they say i have to format it and the thing is i dont want to format it cause my files are all in there can u help me on how to open up the files without formatting?
