When all was said and done over 100,000 of these loyalists were forced to leave the US, as they were persecuted and their land taken. Consequently the diaspora of loyalists had to pick up all they had built and start again in Canada and the West Indies.

Also... Australia, Canada and New Zealand are all part of the British monarchy. Meaning we gain taxes from all their exports/imports, and the European Union is a major contributer to the British economy - you Ireland lot need to get educated.
