We're an aggressive, self serving country and our leaders have had an agenda for decades but I'd venture it really kicked off after the Kennedy assassination.

Obama is not perfect and he certainly is far more mainstream than I'd like but he offers some sensible plans compared to McCain vast wasteland of nothingness and his side kick Sarah Simpleton.

She reflects none of my values and is a national embarrassment politically and to her gender.

Who, pray tell, do you see leading this country?

George W. years (2001-2006): 7,932 deaths

If you are surprised when you look at these figures, so was I. These figures mean that the loss from the two latest conflicts in the Middle East are LESS than the loss of military personnel during Bill Clinton's presidency when America wasn't involved in a war!

And, I was even more shocked when I read that in 1980, during the reign of President Jimmy Carter, (Nobel Peace Prize winner), there were 2,392 US military fatalities!

It's all about politics and some politicians, are now famous for turningAmerican against American for a vote. Hillary & the Obama campaign say the current administration does not 'listen' to anyone and continues the war, costing precious American lives.

The Clinton administration, without having an actual war, sent more soldiers to death than the Bush Administration, in addition, Clinton also forced the military to release Osama Bin Laden when we actually had him detained.I hope that during the time between now and November, that intelligent Americans can decipher the facts from the spin and the spinners from the leaders; those who seek even more power from those that seek justice, the dividers from the uniters.

And by the way....do you not factor in the over 100k deaths that were IRAQI?? Are they not people?

Or how about Afghani's or Pakastani's?

Or how bout what George W. is doing in Bolivia?

I cannot bear the ignorance of the American population when it comes to the foreign policy bullshit our leaders are engaging in to advance corporate profiteers at the expense of the indigenous populations globally. The WTO, IMF and World Bank are evil entities and must be abolished.

Actually I'm not that surprised. Clinton is just as dirty as his Bush/Reagan counterparts. And since we'll never have accurate figures on just how many lives were lost during the Reagan/Bush years (we DID provide the chems and weapons to Saddam to kill Kurds and Iraninas you know and don't even get me started on what they were pulling in Central America) you can spew figures all day long and it changes nothing.

Additionally, we can thank Clinton for the 1st WTC bombing and the OK bombing.
