Chinese BBQ Pork (Char Siu)

I hadn't thought of using the rotisserie for this. I usually use a cooling rack over a baking sheet pan to cook my char siu. I like your way of cooking better. Guess I need to find my rotisserie to make it your way!!!! thanks :) :) :)

@Barbarainnc Thank you!!!! Maybe you can find the rotisserie machine on Ebay. We just got this as a gift apparently theres a larger size one too that can fit a whole chicken.
