How to Make Potato Latkes (Potato Pancakes), Hanukkah Recipe

Yum. 5 brothers and 1 sister and my mom would make a 10 pound bad of potatoes worth of latkes. Nary a cake was left. I have no idea what else she made, all I remember was the latkes and apple sauce.

Awesome. The crispy edges are the best and I like to eat them with apple sauce as well. As for my traditional holiday food, I have lived in many places and spent holidays with so many families, that I just seemed to pick up different dishes along the way. I love my mom's oyster stuffing, tamales from TX, Filipino pancit and fried lumpia. This year, I will be making turkey, stuffing, roasted veg and perhaps some sushi. lol.
