There's two possible scenarios, the first is shown here, where the Spy is left hanging. The other scenario is for somebody to use the high five taunt for just a second, then when somebody comes running up to do the taunt, they cancel the taunt and run away, leaving the other player stuck in a taunt by themselves, totally vulnerable.
