  • I found this really informative. Thanks man.

  • He's like right out of the Sabotage music video by Beastie Boys.... Good video anyway

  • Awesome video. Dude looks like Chrles Bronson.

  • Where's the "kill shot" technique????

  • Very informative video, favorited.

  • not that I have a perfect stance, but this dude locks his knees a lot, and will probably pass out if he shoots for too long

  • This video is wrong everyone knows your supposed to hold the gun sideways

  • 0:03 "Hi, my name is Stance, Proper Stance" xD

  • what is that wire for

  • @OstinPaintball its animatronic that the power cord.

  • If i didn't know any better, I'd say Mr Wilson has lotsa Botox.

  • thanks that helped a lot.

  • this might sound dumb but the grip and the arm position is pretty similar to a golf grip and arm position.

  • Pistol whipping good.

  • guns don't kill people. people with mustaches kill people.

  • lol i thought his name was Stance lmao

  • Great video

  • whats the wire for?

  • thx for sharing

  • Get finger of the dam trigger

  • @Scarbgunner he can put his finger on the trigger all he wants when the gun is pointed in a safe direction. stop being a troll.

  • @DonovanRoberts69 apperently you havnt learned that you never put your finger on the trigger till you are going to shoot so dont call me a troll

  • @Scarbgunner apparently you never learned proper spelling or sentence structure. what about dry firing? or checking the function of your gun after field stripping or doing a trigger job, which in the case of a 1911 is especially important? trigger discipline IS important, im not denying that, just saying, the gun is pointed in a safe direction, and he COULD be ready to fire. i didnt know you could read minds. just relax and dont critique other peoples tips until you have your own gun company ;)

  • @DonovanRoberts69 exuse me for being naive but im only saying what i learned if its wrong sue me sheesh got nothing better to do than argue :/

  • @Scarbgunner i didnt mean to turn it into an argument, i suppose there are different methods of trigger discipline lol depends who teaches you how to shoot i guess.

  • I love your accent man!

  • Great informational video,,, what a great job... I want to personally thank

you Mr. Wilson... Great generosity on Mr. Wilson's part, a private lesson

like this would cost you $1500.00 dollars, or more... Again, thank you so

much... This is "giving back" to the sport... As for Billy's use of English, it

was just perfect, I understood every concept... Kinda of like how I would

think the great Samuel Clements, would have sounded, giving this great presentation...

  • Self taught pistol shooter. ;)

  • Great to see this video. I was just guessing when I first started shooting like this. But its exactly what I just schooled wifey with. I knew it was push n pull! :)

  • i fuckin love the 1911...great vid btw thanks

  • Are you a robot or why is there a cord out ur ass.

  • @870Remington12 to make sure he dont run away :)

  • Lesson: keep your finger out of the trigger gaurd, unless you anticipate shooting :)

  • Don't mess with Carl baby. He don't need no instructions to know how to ROCK!

  • Godammit I need a mullet!!

  • I'm not sure I want to learn to shoot from a man that wears his watch upside down....

  • @withoutreasonorrhyme Its personal preference to wear a watch upside down, just as wearing it on your right hand. He most likely puts it that way so he can see the time whilst shooting.

  • Thanks, I'm a novice and this is the clearest and most helpful I've found so far.

  • now I am a lefty.......

anything i need to adjust or do differently?

  • @BeyondLame just switch everything.

  • Thanks :)

  • Wether he is a champion or not (I don't know him), I think that he should rather bend his right elbow a bit more instead of raising his shoulder that much. This way he'd get a little bit more control while it would be more relaxing for the joints.

  • Thank you! This info is very helpful.

  • lovin the aviators

  • This guys needs to learn both math and english...

  • I am getting tired of people who doesn't use proper englich

  • @poleeed

Is these such thing as proper english? :-)

  • @NoAlGenocidio can u help me prevent muzzle rise

  • @JUKEBOXX1990 The best way to reduce muzzle flip is to make sure that the web of your shooting hand is as high up on the backstrap as possible without being in the way of the slide. Compare this to holding the grip with about half an inch of space between the top of the backstrap and the top of your hand, in which case you will get lots of muzzle flip. Do this in combination with a push with shooting hand, pull with support hand, and squeeze, and you will reduce your muzzle flip.

  • @poleeed

    Englich? Hmmm? What is that?

  • @poleeed Saying the person who doesn't use proper English. It's "people who don't (or do not) use proper English.

  • misspelled isosceles in the video...

  • watching this guy makes me feel like a looser for liking guns

  • what if i just hold it sideways like a black guy?

  • @whersthefilm Then you just hold it sideways like a black guy *gg*

  • @whersthefilm Then you're not shooting a gun. You're popping caps in asses.

  • @whersthefilm would love to see this guy do a demo on how to shoot like a black guy.

  • @whersthefilm Fuck you.

  • @MrBazingafy fuck u to u aint shit new man haha

  • @MrCalculus999 If you're going to reply to me, you dumb asshole, respond in actual English so I can understand.

  • @MrBazingafy an anal asshole haha i dont care if u live or die fucking proven or dafting anything to u

  • @MrCalculus999 What? You're an idiot.

  • @whersthefilm Why don't I just run with the pistol in one hand and hold a beer bottle in the other hand like some uneducated white hick? Btw I'm black ;)

  • @whersthefilm You'll probably break your wrist, or not hit your mark.

  • @whersthefilm then you dont hit a damn thing and your wrist hurts lol. i shot my kahr cw45 like that and it wasnt pleasant lol.

  • HELLO?!?! finger off trigger at all time when not shooting.

  • this guy is so pro just look at hem just look at hem (stop at 0:19 )

  • I'm glad you talked about those "Hollywood" shooting holds that don't work.

There are a lot of people who think "cup in saucer" is a legitimate gripping style.

  • You should never hook your weak thumb over. They should be parallel to the bore, weak under strong.

  • Very cool!!! just got my SA MC Operator today and was looking for an instructional vid on how to properly shoot my pistol. Part 1 and 2 of your videos covered everything, thanks for sharring your knowlege.

  • LOL ... your comment is pretty hillarious ....

Have you not recognized who he is?? Quite well known shooting champion, gunsmith and pistol maker ...

  • and the winner is..

  • @bonebeans me

  • @NoAlGenocidio ur doing queit a bit of self promation there.

  • @NoAlGenocidio What is this guy's name?

  • @Deepsand101

Bill Wilson, founder of Wilson Combat.

  • @bonebeans Youtube community, why should we trust or listen to anything bonebeans is telling us? I see no reason. Bonebeans' comments go hand in hand with the "grain of salt" expression.
