Also, I wouldn't say the guy going to the last point is doing it wrong at all. If your team can cap the point, it might just save your entire group a lot of time. As for the enemy spy, fucking pathetic. I mean, really, he just fucking stands there? Does he think he's fooling anyone?

Actually, they both move at the same speed. Only medic and scout are faster than pyro.

You can cap with friendly disguises, while disguising, and generally any other time than when you're pretending to be BLU (Or RED, depends on your current team)

Oh Dead Ringer, definitely. There are few scenarios where the C&D is better, and in most of those the IW would be better than either of the other two.

Lets put it this way: in 9/10 CTF matches I join that are partway through, I can waltz in, destroy the engineer nest and get the intel to my side of the field using the Dead Ringer. The same cannot be said for the C&D.

The only real exception to this is Turbine, due to its incredible cramped-ness and lack of metal. There I use the C&D if things are getting srs.

one thing i keep seeing you doing is running away from backburner pyros while not facing them... face them so you take hardly any damage in DR you would of survived 2:10

Yes, but when backpedalling you move more slowly. Therefore, there will be no chance at escape, and you WILL burn, albeit fractionally slower. If you run away, there is always the chance you can cut corners to escape burn radius.

Disguising as a Medic holding the Ubersaw seems to fool people more than the Medigun or Needlegun, especially if you spam "ACHTUNG! SPY!".

Since pub servers have no shortage of paranoid fail-medics who abandon their teammates to chase spies, this ruse succeeds often.

Yes, but that really only works when running around their base, plus it draws attention to yourself and potentially means a pyro goes nuts.

So many times when I disguise with the medigun, enemies run up to me shouting "medic." In fact, that's what happened with the very last medic in that video, if you listen closely.

The best time was when a soldier stood next to me, called medic, then actually turned around and stood still. Well, if you WANT to die...

It's not acting how a class SHOULD, it's acting how a class DOES. Most engies, when close to allies, will have their wrench out, swinging due to boredom, or Spy checking.
