If you use /demorecord in game it cuts down on the lag and you can record the demo with much less system resources used when playing it back. Plus with /demorecord, your UI isn't in your video. Just /demorecord 'name' then /demostop when you are done. Then play the demo back later and record with fraps. Much less lag, if any.

I dont know why its so laggie, while i was recording it it was fine, i guess its the programs frame rate or something.
