They said the police only happened to come by. They have records of phones calls to the police. I doubt they'd of made so muhc of a fuss about it if someone had actually made a call. Looked to me like she just walked away to let someone else deal with it since no one else was rushing out to help.

What I can't believe is that man who got into a cab so close to him ignored him!

I really hope if we're ever put in that situation we'll do better, especially since we know about the bistander effect!

I doubt any of them have any first aid training and if this guy had spinal injuries, moving him would makes things worse. 4 people called 911 right away and a policeman was at the scene a minute later. She wants people to "help him"? Help him how? Id assume this guy was bleeding so who knows if hes got hep B or C, AIDS, ect.
