I also think it was a mistake to not choose Acropolis, I voted for the it too, I like it and is amazing, but I DON'T think it was a mistake to choose Chichen Itza, is amazingly complex, in both, meaning and structure, and has a lot of secrets and events that only happens in certain times of the year. I think that Chichen won his place rightly, but I also think that Acropolis deserved a place too.
