This video should be sent to every Senator and Congressperson and Secretary of State - and to every media outlet. It confirms the need to go to hand-counted paper ballots for November 2008. First, every memory card needs to be checked to see if they start at a minus number! Spoonamore confirms that there is no reason for any card to have such a configuration unless it is used for vote flipping. Thanks for posting this informative video.
