  • Would love some sukhoi easy build plans ... even though it's a bit hard to build that nose

  • Russian Knights dave

  • I'm from the east. Me and everyone I know I call it a crEEk,

  • @liOVERLOADil me too

  • Why does part 2 have more views than part one?

  • For us British that's a 'curb'

  • 20 poeple got suck in the ducted fan

  • I HAVE A SU 27 MODEL , SO IT IS A FANTASTIC VIDEO

  • I miss the show schedule that you had then

  • You dump the clutch not the brake when you do a burnout

  • Thumbs down if you up thumbs down the for thumbs of up.

  • Warsh. lol

  • Val says "You're wacked"

  • how'd you get the airbrake servo in there?

  • btw half-back could be a flanker

  • @arekmc

This aint no toy foo it's a high tec flyin machine

p.s i have a rc heli cant remember what model but its way bigger than the genisis

  • @kealen8wysthoff this aint no ghetto foo so getcho ass in schoo :P

  • is this the full-back or half-back?

    i cant remember

  • Are yall filming this video in El Paso Texas???????????????

  • might sound wierd.. but what kind of tape was that? if anyone still looks at this video.. i need some of that shit.. its soo strong.

  • @Blinkerman909 I get it at my local hobbystore, dunno what it's called, but there's nylon wires in it, that's what makes it so strong. greetings!

  • @Blinkerman909

I have a few rolls that must be 20 years old by now... you're right, they are strong as hell. You can pull all you want and there's no stretch. However, they tear along their length quite easily. I don't know if that's from age or not.

  • How much is such toy ?

  • i want one i want one'-' !

  • why is he talking about planes when all he knows is how to bend the wheels on a rc plane he wants to sell?

  • they dont use the brakes they use the clutch and its called poping the clutch

  • I think that you should use a better camara video quality is the worst

  • there is another mig 29 by art tech with the same power system.. you will be glad to know that they came up with v2 that actually has a 4cell system :) and thrust vectoring also. BH sells it as RTF for just 149 usd.. so you were right about the 4s setup :)

  • mummyyyyyy.... buy one buy one plzzzzzz oaoaoaao :((

  • is suitable for beginners?

I have until now only the Easy Glider flown but it says I'm still plenty!

and I was about to ask if he can take off and land on grass and?

  • jet is great...not this electro ***** ...

  • The su-27 and it's variants in real life have the same angel in the wheels thats why the rc jet is like that...

  • in the mid west its a creek as well

  • The airplane won't take off any faster than if you floored it with the airbrake retracted.

  • its not a skyrider lol

  • ПОХОЖ ..

  • You should make a carrier with a rubber band launcher and launch planes off the carrier IN the pond! Please respond dave!!

  • what a looser

  • i was there to see that flying it was amazazing

  • Is the air brake standard or custom?

  • Custom

  • Thank god you piloting toy planes ahahahahahah

by the way.. couldnt it back up the landing gear? i find it sucks when its deployed all the time

  • sick. i enjoy ur vids :)

  • жалко шасси не убирается)

  • i am amazed at hot little some model makers know about the real thing, su27's cannot operate off a carrier, air brakes do not "hold back the aircraft" find out how an airbrake works and more importantly what it does it retards the flow of air over the wing's trailing edge (or down the middle of the line of thrust in the su27. also look up the russian aircraft carrier "admiral Kuznetsov" ther is no catapault, just an incline at the bow of the ship.

  • i had a simulater that had the kuznetsov in it as well as most modern combat aircraft. cant remember wat it was called but it was a mad game.

  • @biggestsubiefan98 "Lock On-Modern Air Combat" by any chance...

  • @rickrollification yea thats the one. loved playing that game. sims are the only flying games worth playing and that one was great for learning about aircraft and other military units. the graphics were unreal for the time as well.

  • 4:27 RC Su-27 taxing and RC SKYRIDER routine!

  • пендосы жгуть

  • Love the Russian Knights paint scheme.

  • respect !

  • LOL , you can buy the real one here : .controller. com/listings/aircraft-for-sale/SUKHOI-SU-27/1990-SUKHOI-SU-27/1160633.htm

  • well that was a hard landing

  • the real su 27 flankers weels are the same to.

and it is f-35 lightning not j-35 the j is in jsf

  • its not an f-35 its a j-35 C

  • Comment removed

  • someone of the kids said that someboby is an bastard at 2:05 ?????

  • i believe he said "faster"

  • Watch out for the warsh!!

    LOL!!

  • ilivforfun,

aircraft carriers use a catapult to take off, not a break, then accelerate method!

  • The SU-33 does that...

  • ive heard that they do the break and then accelerate to take off faster thing on mainly aircraft carriers

  • why should he?

  • this is the plane in real life that in the 90's the plane had a mid air collision and landed on one wing

  • I believe your talking about a F-15 not an Su-27.

  • yh i never took no notce a the title looks abit like it cuz of the airbrake lol

  • The only thing I dont like about Sukhoi's Flankers and Terminator are that the back engines are not covered... thats all. But it bugs the crap outta me. I looks so much nicer if they where covered... its stupid and retarted I know...

Sending letter to Sukhoi industries right now... "looks > performence" :P

  • whos kids lol ther rambleing on and they need not to be in the vids any more

  • High Performance take off. Hold the breaks go full power release breaks!

  • The paintjob is calleb the russian knights i think!

  • i supose i have a warsh in my back yard

  • Why does Val ALWAYS do that surprised "wough!"-Sound, when a plane takes off?

  • I would ignore them too, in fact it's what I do whenever i go flying.

I've had to wait 12 years until i got my own job to have a plane. If i'm flying, i revert myself to an absolute autistic state...and ignore almost everyone. So, i wouldn't blame him.

  • me to you need to concentrate when you fly otherwise it would be like

    what did you say

nothing but your pplane just crached

    oohhhh *******

    that happend to me once

  • I'm gonna try that airbrake trick in LockOn--see how the Su-27 responds to that.

  • su-27 has super aerodynamics.

  • what did he say at 0:18 ??

  • that old dude knows his shit ha.......

  • Everytime you say "I think we can get just one more flight out of it" Your always right!

  • Leave it to find a tree in the general vacinity of his current flying space. :P

    You encounter a Large Tree.

    [_] Set it on fire

    [_] Move around it

    [X] Attack it

    [_] Flee

  • Hahah, nice. My thoughts exactly.

  • Did I really forget to put the "Dave" in? Wow.

    -1 internets

  • lol at 3:44

  • hey, thanks for this idea. i'll try it in my F-15

oh, by the way, nice crosswind landing at 3:40-3:48. those are not easy.

  • TRY BRAKING WITHOUT THE GYRO??...

  • at first im thinking "how a Su-27 get in American Airspace without getting detected?" cause it looks like the real think in the air

  • in the south it's a creek

  • same in the midwest aka Missouri

  • It looks just like the real thing in the air

  • i agree with whoever below dave said you should try large planes! you really should get a large commercial heavy jet and and deck it out with flaps and spoilers and all the such, and see just how much of a difference it would make!

also, i think if you made an osprey (in the long run) ... that'd be the coolest vtol plane ever

  • It's just you

  • In the northeast we call it a creak....

  • how about you guys build a flying bicycle or motorcycle

    haha

    lol..

  • That is just so cool! I would love to see you guys do a commercial jet...say, a Boeing 757 or an Airbus 380 with spoilers, slats and flaps. Have you guys thought of experimenting with ornithopters?

  • damn i want this so bad. As a second plane, first jet, llooks epic, seems easy to fly. But i dont have acess to a runway... only a grass field :(

  • Looks like it's flipping you off :).

    Nice plane too

  • ausome

  • dave, awesome video! i love the air brake idea. it works great! when you lowered the back wheels, it helped a lot!

  • This is my favorite video!

  • Im from the east and i have never heard anyone call a creek a crick.

  • its the accent

  • Sorry about this, but I don't kno where else to ask this. What is a good beginner plane that will be fast, but durable and simple at the same time (brushless prefered)

  • that sounds nice

  • You guys rock and are crazy! Can I come work for you?

  • Great plane, it seems to have issues, but it handles nice. Thanks for pointing out the difference for Crick, creek, and Warsh. Being from "back East" I use crick. I have problems with trees too. They seem to jump out in front of the plane.

  • Did you try the air brake without gyro help?

I wanted to know if the nose gets pushed down when air brake is open?

    Great vid's btw :-)

  • haha

    cool

  • Easy mod to lower the back wheels ;)

That the makers didnt came up with that :o:o

  • After moving from Detroit to Tacoma, WA. it took me about 15 years to stop saying "warsh". ;)

  • The su27 doesnt seem to take off because the nose is angled down for pithe respons to be quik and affective

  • Nice video Ive beenout of rc for too long and need to break into electric flight with 2.4 ghz I want see the f22 cause they are sweet

  • Congrats Dave and Val you guys now have been in Youtube for two full years!

     ~DLPlanes

  • is it a duct fan

  • Nice Flying Dave

  • thats offensive "crick" NJ ftw

  • So what's a 'Crick' for us UK guys? Perhaps it would be a 'drainage ditch'?

  • Can't wait for the next vid! Every time you say 'just one more flight,' bad things tend to happen lol.

  • I'm not even into RC planes... but this is wicked!

  • i always watch your vids, great stuff to watch and learn, i love the planes, i am into helis myself and enjoyed the vids you have done on them!

  • when r u goin 2 show d F-35 vtol?

  • This rocked. You have totally got this plane dialed in.That was some thing when the front wheel went. But I know you can fix it. You all rock there. I can not wait to see more. God bless you all and your family's.Have a great Monday.

  • You guys are awesome and your videos are always fun to watch. Looking forward to see your video on the F-22 and your plans with the thrust vectoring. As always..... 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way.... any of those guys with the negative comments I can say I don't see much good videos from them. Keep up the good work.

  • Hey thanks so much! Glad you like our stuff! Yes, I don't think much of the negative guys, to many cool positive guys to listen to here! Thanks for the support!

    Dave

  • @RCSuperPowers oh and btw I'm trying to login to your forum but nothing:/ what should I do scott.. ?? already sent you a question about gyros which I think you won' thave an answer... :/

  • WOW! Nice Flying.!! And Reall cool F-22 Raptor

i can`t wait till newt weeks video. ~daniel

  • Hey cool, thanks guys!

  • shit ur in pasidena i live next to rose bowl and i would have come over to watch next time tell me

  • Hey cool! Check out Twitter (see side bar) and come out next time we are there! I put up a "tweet" as the kids say, 24 hours before we go out. Yes, come join us!

  • hey Dave i have a question about the f-4e ducted fan does it come with the servo rods?

and i have a Taurus RC plane that's awesome but it need a radio can u please recommend one.

thank you and god bless you and your family . :-)

  • Yes, servo rods included.

  • dave wat part of California do u live in?

  • We are in the Pasadena area.

  • Ah, you found the same solution I did to this model not wanting to come off the ground. The upward angle of attack helps so much!

  • how do i create one

  • I have a question about c ratings on batteries, and amp ratings on motors/ speed controls. for example say you have a 20 amp motor + a 20 amp speed control hooked up to a 30 c battery, when you go full throttle will the battery pump out 30 amps of power and possibly fry your motor, or will the speed control just pull out the max amps it can pull? I would like to know this because i'm thinking of getting a 33 c battery that will work on any type of plane i put it on. would you recommend this?

  • Hey check out some of our videos a couple weeks ago. We talked about just this! Its titled "Power Systems" or something like that.

  • Thanks, I found the info very helpful. good luck on your next video.

  • I can't wait for next week's vid!

  • i have a walmart jacket, as well!

  • Ha! And why not! You are just going to get soup all over the front of it so why waste your money on a good jacket!?

  • Love it!

  • HEY!!!! midwest guys say creek or crick NOT WARSH. lol

  • does it have gyros, ? is it much worse and harder to fly without?

  • I think it does have a gyro...I believe it was for the ailerons, but I could be wrong. Check out the first vid, he goes over it it the first little bit.

  • I had a gryo on the pitch but did not need it. I had it just in case but the plane is very stable even with the airbrake. Gyro not needed on this one.

  • hi Buddy

Dont forget us yokels i england who watch you . i guess a creek is a stream , your international . dont forget us poor things here on the rock called england

    keith

  • Ha! I know you guys say a bunch of things funny out there! Even more than the guys in Kentucky and Australia!

  • yeh us Kentucky guys sure say the dumbest things sometimes lol But what a good bunch of people out here tho.

  • great show!!! thx

  • lol i turn on the vid to see dave taping a gigantic brick into his plane :p he said the battery hole was small, but i didn't realise he meant this small :p

  • Yeah, thats what I did not like about this plane, the stock battery hole is small and only built for the stock battery! You have to make the space bigger if you buy the plane I would say.

  • we say spring lol

  • I don't know why I love ducted fans when I haven't flown a plane at all yet, but I do.

  • They are very cool looking for sure! Little less forgiving cause you have to keep them moving compared to a prop plane.

  • 2:55 ... What?

  • they only hold the brakes so they can lite the afterburners.

  • for any aero dynamic parts, such as diffuser, spoiler, air brake, flaps, to take effect, A certain air speed have to be reached. In other words, you cannot really lauch an object with air brakes. Race cars launch mainly because the engine puts out maximum torque at a certain RPM, maintaining such RPM while dumping the clutch, not brake, well, u know the rest.

  • Right, the air brake has no effect when the aircraft is sitting still. They pop it open at airshows only as a visual cue that brakes are being applied, the actual braking is being done by the wheel brakes as they spool up the engine.

  • warsh? in colorado we say snowboarding season is over

  • Ha!

  • nice vid dave when are you doing the stuff on the multiplex blizzard? looks like a kool plane

  • Hey thanks! That one will be in a while, maybe a couple months or so. We want to do some v-tail tests on it.

  • "Did I hit a tree?"

Weeeeel, I don't know, Dave. Let's see what Greenpeace has to say about it, eh?

  • ahhhh i cant wait till next saturday!!! that thrust vectoring f22 looks amazing!

  • in new jersey (east coast) we also say creek. your thinking of southeast. they say crick

  • I live in the southeast and have never heard anyone use crick. We also say creek.

  • Nice Vid, it works great! But ONE thing i didnt like! "WARSH"?!?! None of us say warsh, ive never heard that! We call em Creeks, Streams, ect. >:(

    BUT NICE VID OVER ALL!

  • isn't that a su 37? not 27?

    although i could be mistaken......

  • it is a SU-27. The SU-37 has canards. but besides for that i dont know of any other differences visually. they look almost exactly the same.

  • ooohhh! right. my bad-i missed that- you're right,though- the 37 has canards...
