Are the siniae (sorry I maen the prulal of sinus,but alas I am not a latin spaeaker so if yule bear withme...)yes are the sinuses connected to each other by a tube of some kind? If so,whither?

They are not all connected directly, but they all do drain into very back part of the nasal cavity. So, in that way, they are connected.
