You are 100% correct, because there is no paperwork to prove that you didn't buy it from I-tunes© or Walmart music center©!!! There is a copyright, but like you said, if you don't sell it, than its not illeagle. Now burning it off of Limewire© is illeagle because its not to leave your computer. So I agree with you firewire95...
