  • That is one sorry looking KBell swing.

  • I love it awesome video I will be trying this.

  • how much weight do you recommend for an advanced lifter to use?

  • @baconsoap78

That would all depend on your strength. In the video I'm using a 16kg bell, but have used a 20kg and 24kg at times

  • @marckentfitness I tried this workout with a 24kg and it's KILLER. Very challenging, plus I liked how it forced me to work my weak (left) side.

  • i think it's a decent workout, for a woman starting with 15 pounds though, you'd have to use a 10 pound to do the snatches at first, and then work up to more weight.

i started with 15 pounds doing swings, but i don't think i could do the one armed snatches just yet.

he looks like he has pretty good posture, which i am learning is not just rare on these youtubes, but very important.

  • Love the workout these things give you. I have been using them for about 4 months now. If you wear thick sweat bands on your wrists it will keep the wrists from hurting so much.

  • bonus to this is chest too :D

  • Excellent workout! I will try it out tomorrow. You are absolutely right about how the abs work so hard to stabilize the body. Only someone that does these types of workouts could really understand. Thanks for the video.

  • I think some people have missed the point of this workout.

When ever you unilaterally load the body then lunge, squat, or press that weight the abs have to work hard to stabilise the body to prevent spinal flexion. One of the abs primary functions.

  • @marckentfitness

i couldn't agree with you more!!

  • this workout has nothing to do with abs

  • @MegaTraxtibidox The cardio alone will get your abs to start showing.

  • @MegaTraxtibidox are you a fucking noob?

The abdominal region supports your torso. Dead lifts are among the best exercises for the abdominals because they force them to act as they should - as a STABILIZER.

    Fucking idiot. Gain some knowledge.

  • @StereoFlange Neeeeeeeeeerrd!

  • really nice workout....painfull hahahha lol

  • Abs, right? :)

  • nice workout

  • @ vonc it takes time but it stops hurting after a couple weeks of training.

  • how do not make your forearm not hert when holding the kettlebell against it?

  • Great workout! What weight were you using?

  • Yeah it was pretty cheeky!!

  • Damn that must burn! Inspirational workout, thank you
