a full grown anaconda cannot eat a full grown black caimen what planet are u on? they both eat younger victiums of each others prey, a snake can only swallow something 80% of its size or the same wieght, a full grown black caimen is much heavyer then an anaconda

When you have subspecies within a group you have differences. Yes the green 'conda is larger than the yellow. Just like the black caiman is larger than other caimans. However the caiman is smaller than it's brother the gator and cousin the croc. Any good size anaconda will take down a caiman.

South America has crocs. The Orinoco croc is the 3rd largest behind salties and Nile's. A mature Orinoco should devour a yellow 'conda. With a green it's all a matter of who gets a good hold first.

Depends on what type of caiman you're talking about. A spectacled caiman, yes. Spectacles are common prey for anacondas. An anaconda vs a BLACK caiman? The black caiman, as long as it's an adult, almost always has the victory.
