I got it for £15 on Amazon! and i am not disappointed it's a brilliant game. i have been wanting a good old school slide stroller to come out for some time... let's hope they do another slide stroller oddworld, that would be a dream come true haha!

looks incredible. Know what you mean about the neighbours, I have neighbours like that at my university campus house and they piss me off a treat. I find playing my own music incredibly loud with my windows open does the trick (after warning my housemates of course :D)

For me, this won game of the year, as much fun as Skyrim is/was, it's broken. This is just full of love! It's stunning, in both art and sound direction. I am not even a massive Rayman fan but I just fell in love with this game. Every level in this game was pure joy. While it is a little expensive for what is a game that feels like it could be on xbox live. I did get frustrated with it after a while, getting stuck every now and again but that is not a fault of the game. I haven't played MP yet :(

@blowenfuse I agree it does seem quite expensive but I think the price will go down pretty fast on it if the sales don't rocket!

I cant say Rayman 3 was bad, i just had a bad experience playing it. I had it on my old PC (Ran fine on that though) but i never owned a controller, and the game was awkward to controll with a PC set-up, made the game harder and more frustrating.

I should really load the game again, still have it now and try again give it a fair shot, what do you think?

Well if this comes to PC i'll be sure to get it. Loved the classic Rayman games, i was put of by rayman hoodlum havoc but i still enjoyed it but this one looks fun :)

@PlatformThirtyTwo cool vid ian, I think the main reason this game won't sell as well is cos it came out in November i.e, the month of death with skyrim and mw3 alone it was easy to get overlooked. That and well, it's rayman. But it is deffo a great game, looks as well as plays like a work of art. Mother's day must be rather expensive for you, making it up for poor ol' mumsy kins as you hurl game controllers at her head throughout the year. Bless her

2:30 The yellow orbs are called lums, not electoons. The electoons are the purple creatures you release from their cages. Other than that, great review.

I go the collector's edition of this game for christmas and I highly recommend it! Only downside is that there is no online co-op. But local is more fun anyways.

@PlatformThirtyTwo It comes with a soundtrack and an artbook and it's all packed in a really unique cardboard packaging. I recommend watching an unboxing video. And I meant to say that I recommend the getting the game and not specifically the collector's edition.

This was an awesome review Ian. This game definitely deserves credit it looks like a high budget indie title. I completely love the visuals here and the platforming looks really fun I was thinking of getting this and now that you said it will be out on the 3DS i'll definitely be grabbing it for that. I'm slowly improving my 3DS library after those few stale months of nothingness after release lol Any chance you've played Resident Evil Revelations yet? It's glorious!!!
