Then they take it to the track and it monsters a million pound(I'm using Brit currency because I don't know what it costs in USD) race car. Though, the FXX is awesome in Forza 4, try it out!

Yes they have higher top speeds which may help on a long straight, but on a b-road thrash or on a tight circuit the Ultima will five any of those - perhaps excluding the FXX a major run for its money.

this is a car you can build at home. EVERYTHING you need is £17k brand new from the factory. Then go and spend £14k on a 700bhp V8 - this is no problem as the chassis can take 1000bhp stock, and drop it in.

Of course the Ultima is street legal. The first 30 seconds shows it driving about on the street. You just need and SVA test on the car once its complete. In the UK you can build a car from scratch in your shed and as long as it passes the SVA test you can drive it on the road - its why the UK has so many independent small car firms like Aerial / Caterham / Westfield etc etc

Although Florida doesn't have emissions laws (which is great for importing cars there), but the DOT might try to tear me a new one if I were to build one there. The Ultima GT-R and the Aerial Atom have been an interest to me for years now to own, but would have to ask around since the Ultima is ultimately a kit car imported not like a Shelby Cobra kit made there.

Now that we have that out of the way, I would like to see a side by side comparison of the two cars just to shut ppl up as the GTR holds the world record for 0-100-0 and most of the records on tracks around the world. I'd like to see the FXX even remotely keep up much less beat the GTR that Ultima made.

@fearmeyo It's a kit car. You can legally drive it on the road as far as I know... They are commonly fitted with an LS7 motor, but there are many different versions since it is a kit car. I've seen them with twin turbo Lexus V8 motors too. These cars are pretty sweet :D and undeniably fast as hell lol

Ferrari FXX isn't a road car and clearly the Renault R24 2004 F1 doesn't count either just as the Aston Martin DBRS was not allowed to count. This Ultima is a road car but I see nowhere on this clip where it shows that the time was done with standard tyres and not slicks. I'm sure it was done as per the rules but without the proof this time is irrelevant.

It is a road car with short front and rear overhangs and will go over any speed hump-fact. if you don't believe it fine, go to Ultima and ask them to prove it for you on the public road.... The car was driven to the track over many speed humps on the way
