Soya is the only plant that also contains all of the amino acids (though soy is debatable as to its true health benefits). You can get all the amino acids in a vegetarian diet by consuming a mix of nuts, grains and beans. But if your like some people who have kidney disease this is not an option as grains and beans contain huge amounts of phosphorus.

1) Circle of Life? You should avoid eating animals because you should minimize the level of disorder that you cause. Plants are less complex, so eating plants is a lesser evil. Soon we will be eating dirt. :)

hey, i just randomly came across this video from the youtube homepage. i don't really like wathcing these kinda blog videos, but the title caught me. The vegetarian title =) myself being vegan its so cool to see people who are turning veg, and that we ( peta and peta2 activists) is making a difference!so congrats anotherkat1, being veggie is like the best thing that you can do lol! also check out Peta2 dot come, its a site for veggie teens with advice and other stuff.
