I can imagine Jesus suffering with athlete’s foot (amongst other things) but I can't imagine God suffering with athlete’s foot. So I guess I'm imagining wrongly there.
Maybe that pipe is a way to hurt yourself slightly in the shower so that you feel all the better for getting out?
