  • Where do you get the money to buy that much tatical pen ?

  • Why not just go and buy a cheap ass pen to stab people with?

  • @elitedonk Becuase it breaks 8D

  • all the boxes look like they were designed in the 80's

  • thank you for uploading this review!

It's quite long but very detailed ;P

I think I'll go for the schrade

  • A big push among tactical gear lately. Helpful. Informative. Thank you for doing all this for us.

  • also check out the stainless sharpies, those are super cool. The surefire is still my favorite. Some of them come loose though and require a mild loctite.

  • @wishbone1138 I have one of those! I was saying earlier how I was thinking about getting the UZI pen, but I was at work yesterday and I realized that my stainless steel sharpie has one helluva hard blunt end.

  • check out the story about the guy in Florida that was given a summons to appear in criminal court for carrying a concealed weapon through an airport because he had a "tactical pen". Search for it on google, it's on the TSA webpage.

  • okay, they can kill, but can they write~! Interesting series, thanks!

  • @usframe

Next series.. Tactical Keyboards... and Laser Mice !!

  • I have a Bic tactical pen .99c from staples doubles as a shank:)

  • I'm glad you did this series. I've been looking at tactical pens (mostly for novelty) and it's good to see a lineup like this.

  • lol a sharpie what about the fat sharpies there extra tactical because u have advance polimer linings in it

  • I'm seeing Made in Tacoma, Washington on "Right in the Rain". It wins for me just based on the fact that it's the only US-made pen. I'm tired of the US not actually "producing" anything, and everything being made in China or Taiwan, Philippines, Bangladesh or Pakistan. American-made is the way I roll. Except for this damn Japanese computer made in China, where all other computers are made.

  • @NavyMedicUSMC USA is only way you roll? So no Maxpedition? 5.11 Tactical? What car do you drive? Parts now come worldwide. I wonder how many people who are now so upset with Walmart, shopped their for years while driving out the Mom and Pop stores.

  • @mrmonkeyman50 No. I drive a 1958 Packard I inherited from my dad and I keep it in perfect working order. I look actively for labels that say Made in the USA and avoid, as much as possible, companies who have moved all of their jobs offshore and put upwards of 17 million Americans out of work. I tend to vote on issues that promote the USA and discourage the100% import of a company's products, etc. The most heavily imported product I use is gasoline, 40% of which is foreign in the US..

  • @NavyMedicUSMC Congrats on your inconsistency. Your ancient Packard burns more fuel per mile than the modern car -- wonder if you have to find leaded gas to make it run. LOL! PS Please stay out of my way on the freeway, as you putt putt along trying to drag all that chrome bumper and heavy gauge steel with you.

  • @mrmonkeyman50 My Packard hits 125 with ease. I have a Cyclone intake on it and I'm averaging 26 combined, which isn't great but it isn't a coal-fired locomotive either. It has been modified with a Cat and burns unleaded. One of the best cars EVER built. I am about America. Period. I'm not a bleeding heart, tree hugging, radical ground kissing lefty. I believe in this country and the people in it. Global warming is bloated hype, aimed at driving even more people out of work.

  • Let the watching of the pen videos begin!

  • @Hiluxtaco

It's like 45 mins of pen talk.. LOL

  • @GearBuyersGuide It's something that we internets must endure in order to get to the good stuff.

Sooner or later you'll come back around to trauma kits, bag swaps, molle pouches, backpacks, etc.... :-)

  • @GearBuyersGuide Already out to beat nuntfancy for 2011 longest gear review.

  • @Llepsdog The difference is the GBG isn't in love with himself. Richard loves to hear himself talk and is boring. Richard's reviews stopped being useful after mid 2009 when he just filled everything with bloat and it wasn't about the review, it was about Richard.

  • @Llepsdog

nope, not at all.. but if you can give 6+ pens a worthy test in less than 45 mins, I'm interested
